Mindfulness is not just something you do for half an hour a day when you practice formally. It’s more of a way of life – or rather – an approach to life. A way of showing up and dealing with the stuff that comes at you – good or bad. Jon Kabat Zinn in his book Full Catastrophe Living highlighted seven key attitudes of mindfulness – which are the mind states we seek to cultivate through our practice in order to live more mindfully in every moment. You will see that these are mutually reinforcing and ultimately just make sense.
